Кальциноз артерий сердца при коронарном атеросклерозе

Анотація

В огляді показано участь гладком'язових клітин, макрофагів, стовбурових клітин кісткового мозку в кальцифікації артерій, вплив мікрокальцифікатів і дифузного накопичення кальцію на вразливість бляшки. Уточнена зв'язок між кальцификацией коронарних артерій і такими основними факторами серцево-судинного ризику, як вік, гіперхолестеринемія, цукровий діабет. Представлені дані про вплив запалення на відкладення кальцію в судинній стінці і дію статинів на кальцифікацію атеросклеротичних бляшок. Оцінка наявності та вираженості судинної кальцифікації дозволяє значно підвищити точність діагностики атеросклерозу і його прогноз. Механізми кальцифікації можуть бути мішенями для цілеспрямованих фармакологічних втручань, вплив яких дозволить в перспективі суттєво змінити характер розвитку і прогресування атеросклерозу.
