Электрокардиография в диагностике аритмогенной кардиомиопатии правого желудочка

Анотація
Стаття являє собою огляд досліджень, присвячених можливостям електрокардіографії в діагностиці аритмогенной кардіоміопатії / дисплазії правого шлуночка (АКДПЖ). Проаналізовано результати наукових досліджень, опубліковані за останні 5 років в журналах, індексованих наукометричними базами Scopus, Web Of Science і PubMed. Аналіз показав, що ЕКГ відіграє важливу роль в діагностиці АКДПЖ. Наявність характерних для захворювання змін ЕКГ (ε-хвилі, негативні зубці Т, пролонгація комплексу QRS у відведеннях aVR і V1) дозволяє діагностувати АКДПЖ в половині випадків без використання ультразвукових і томографічних методів. Електрофізіологічні порушення в міокарді при АКДПЖ реєструються задовго до структурних, що визначає високу цінність ЕКГ для ранньої діагностики захворювання. Розроблені в останні роки методики аналізу ЕКГ значно розширили можливості методу в диференціальної діагностики та прогнозуванні перебігу АКДПЖ. Популяризація ЕКГ-методів діагностики АКДПЖ в середовищі практикуючих лікарів є необхідною умовою раннього виявлення такого небезпечного захворювання.
