Кліматичні зміни, забруднення повітря й артеріальна гіпертензія: шляхи профілактики

Анотація

Мета роботи – оцінити роль впливу кліматичних чинників на артеріальний тиск, перебіг артеріальної гіпертензії й проаналізувати шляхи зменшення негативного впливу довкілля на пацієнтів. Стаття зосереджується на аналізі наукових даних, які пов’язують кліматичні зміни, зокрема екстремальні температури, забруднення повітря та зміни погодних умов, із підвищеним ризиком розвитку артеріальної гіпертензії та її ускладнень. Розглянуто основні механізми цього впливу, а також запропоновано практичні шляхи профілактики й адаптації для мінімізації негативного впливу клімату та довкілля на артеріальний тиск і серцево-судинну систему загалом.
Висновки. Комплексний підхід до профілактики негативних наслідків кліматичних змін має охоплювати пацієнто­орієнтовану стратегію контролю артеріального тиску, здоровий спосіб життя, уникнення екстремальних температур, засоби і способи індивідуальної стратегії адаптації та захисту. Впровадження рекомендацій ВООЗ на державному рівні щодо моніторингу і підтримання якості повітря є ключовим фактором у профілактиці артеріальної гіпертензії та розвитку її ускладнень під впливом негативних кліматичних чинників.
