Случай развития синдрома Дресслера у больного с острым диффузным миокардитом

Анотація
Описан клинический случай развития классического синдрома Дресслера у молодого пациента с острым диффузным миокардитом. Своевременная диагностика, назначение глюкокортикоида и проведение длительной комплексной терапии с применением β-адреноблокаторов (карведилол), блокаторов минералокортикоидных рецепторов (эплеренон) привело не только к исчезновению проявлений синдрома Дресслера, но и к достаточно быстрому выздоровлению больного от основного заболевания.
