Анотація
З позицій доказової медицини кожен пацієнт повинен отримувати всі компоненти науково обґрунтованої медикаментозної терапії, здатної модифікувати прогноз і перебіг хвороби. Індивідуалізація лікування розглядається як інструмент досягнення обґрунтованої медикаментозної терапії в пацієнтів, які не переносять ті чи інші лікарські засоби. Реалізація підходу до лікування з урахуванням індивідуальних особливостей пацієнтів з прогресуючим перебігом хронічної серцевої недостатності (ХСН), а також інноваційний додатковий вплив через інший шлях патогенезу ХСН з використанням верицигуату може поліпшити прогноз у хворих з ХСН. З цією метою був запропонований алгоритм VICTORIA для визначення пацієнтів із прогресуючою СН, в яких верицигуат може бути найбільш ефективним. Основна ідея алгоритму VICTORIA полягає в тому, що здебільшого пацієнти із СН – це літні люди з декількома коморбідностями, що потребують фармакотерапії, а отже, ризик побічних ефектів, непереносимості і взаємодії лікарських заходів значно зростає. Своєю чергою це унеможливлює використання всіх препаратів базисної терапії у цільових дозах. У таких випадках верицигуат стане препаратом вибору для заміни або доповнення поточного лікування.
