Первинна кардіальна фіброма правого шлуночка в дитини: клініко-патоморфологічний аналіз випадку

Анотація
Описано випадок кардіальної фіброми правого шлуночка серця в дівчинки віком 1 рік 3 місяці. Клінічно пухлина мала безсимптомний перебіг, який раптово перервався серцевою недостатністю із нападами шлуночкової пароксизмальної тахікардії. При патоморфологічному дослідженні виявлено фіброму типової гістологічної будови. Смерть дитини виникла під час хірургічного лікування, розпочатого за життєвими показаннями, внаслідок серцевої недостатності, зумовленої кардіогенним шоком. Пухлини серця є рідкісною патологією дитячого віку, складною для вчасної діагностики та лікування.
