Анотація

На основании анализа литературы за 2012–1016 гг. приведены данные о распространенности курения, частоте использования электронных систем доставки никотина (ЭСДН) в странах Евросоюза, США и Канаде. Представлены характеристики ЭСДН, рассмотрены особенности действия этих устройств. Систематизированы результаты обзоров и метаанализов эффективности применения ЭСДН как средств отказа от курения. Также затронута проблема сочетанного использования ЭСДН и табачной продукции. При постоянно увеличивающемся во всем мире количестве пользователей электронных сигарет и вапоризаторов отсутствует однозначное мнение о преимуществах и недостатках, пользе и вреде для здоровья ЭСДН, поэтому представленный обзор литературы является достаточно актуальным.
